This girl was out during Subtropical
Storm Andrea. Waves weren't great for surfing (too choppy, no
lines), but she was one of a half dozen or so dedicated folks out in it,
skimming the waves with the pelicans.

I think every city in the world has at least one fountain, usually in or near the center of activity. We have a primal need to be near water.
